Electric cooling system for engines

For diesel and gas engines cooling  our specialists have created a new product: “Electric engine cooling system”. The system consists of dual-circuit radiator unit for cooling liquid, charge air cooler, electric brushless fans and the controller. The system is designed for integration with CAN SAE J1939 CAN of a car, bus, special equipment and has the possibility for diagnostics via the CAN data channel. This system can be integrated into the on-board automated distributed control system of our production with the information output on the driver's workplace display.

The engine electric cooling system is switched on only when the cooling liquid temperature and / or CAC reaches the specified range. The use of the controller allows not only turning on each of the fans when needed, but also setting their rotation speed according to a given algorithm. This reduces operating costs and environmental impact. This configuration ensures that no energy is wasted and fuel savings of up to 10% can be achieved. The electric cooling system of the internal combustion engine is designed in accordance with the customer's technical requirements, it can include up to 20 fans. Reducing energy loss improves the efficiency of the engine by better controlling of its temperature. The system can be used both for the new models as well for modernization of already existing equipment.
