The system uses a parallel structure. A pressure sensor mounted on single-line valves distributes system status in real time. When a failure occurs, the sensor sends a failure signal to the monitor, the monitor displays an error and the pump stops. The amount of grease needed for each grease point can be set individually. If one branch of a single-line distributor is blocked, then this will not affect the others. The system has the advantage of being easy to expand, resistant to blocking, simple and cheap to maintain.
