Our systems consist of controllers placed over the perimeter of vehicles, electric transport and industrial equipment. Each of controllers is a separate computer system connected through the information network.

Each controller, thanks to our innovative solution, performs certain functions for monitoring and diagnosing those units and modules in the immediate vicinity of those it is located, constantly analyzing their condition and controlling the operation (according to the functioning algorithm).

Controllers are universal, structurally complete units that can be used on various types of vehicles, electric transport and industrial equipment through software reconfiguration, without changing the circuitry.

This system, due its technical characteristics provides an increase in functionality, reliability and safety of the operation of vehicles, electric transport and industrial equipment. It can significantly reduce the number of electrical circuits and electromagnetic relays and starters, provides improved quality and ease of installation and operation, ergonomic characteristics, in order to extend the diagnostic and service capabilities for troubleshooting, repair and maintenance, increases the level of automation that reduces the degree of influence of the so-called "Human factor", and accordingly, allows to reduce the time and labour effort during operation.

The controllers are universal; the mounting location and the functions are determined using a chip. Software updating is carried out through main (functionally) controller and is possible automatically, in "by air" mode.

The advantage lies in the absence of network congestion due to the transmission of signals via the CAN line from the connection objects, on the fact of the event, but not with the system periodicity, as other manufacturers offer.

Home and contract manufacturing allows to execute any volume of required quantity of controllers and display panels.

In the manufacture of controllers and display panels modern equipment is used that allows: barcode labeling, SMD assembly, PCB input inspection, solder paste quality control, component pre-installation monitoring, assembly quality control before solder paste reflow, checking the thermoprofile of the melting furnace, PCB inspection after SMD-installation, automatic optical inspection, visual inspection of assembled printed units (after SMD-installation).

All the elements and components used in our systems have an industrial temperature range.

The equipment remains operative after impact of a low temperature minus 50 ° C and when exposed to external climatic factors in accordance with state standard 15150-69

The equipment is designed to work as a part of vehicles and industrial equipment in conditions of increased vibration in accordance with state standard 3940-2004.

All interface signals, power circuits and output circuits are protected against voltage overload, changes in polarity of supply, short circuits and static electricity.

Resistance to conductive impulse noise through power circuits with a nominal voltage of 12V and 24V after exposure of test pulses 1, 2a, 3a, 3b and 4 to it in accordance with the requirements of ISO 7637-2-2008.

Resistance to electrostatic discharges corresponds to the degree of rigidity I (±4 kV of the contact discharge) in accordance with the requirements of state standard 30378-95.
